Procurement/Contracting Office of The United States Consulate General Curacao, is inviting well experienced and qualified companies/contractors to submit proposals for painting services. This solicitation may result in issuance of a firm fixed-price contract.
The requested service:
Painting of perimeter fence. Painting of various office buildings. Painting of Consul General Roosevelt house.
Requirements:
A mandatory pre-quotation conference will be held on September 16, 2024, at 9 AM local time at U.S. Consulate General Curacao, J.B. Gosiraweg #1. All participants shall contact ProcurementCur@state.gov no later than September 13, 2024, for additional information or to entry to the premises. Upon registration, applicants will receive a return email with a notification confirming the registration. All contractors must be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to submitting a bid in accordance with FAR provision 52.204-7. Therefore, potential bidders are encouraged to register before submitting quotes/proposals. The guidelines for registration in SAM are also available at: https://www.fsd.gov/fsd-gov/learning-center-system.do?sysparm_system=SAM.
Additional information:
The bidding solicitation closes on September 24, 2024, at 6 PM (local time). No quotations will be accepted after this time. Quotations must be in English and incomplete quotations will not be accepted.
