Description
(i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued.
(ii) This solicitation, number W911QY-25-R-STUD, is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract for software renewal and addition of module for VG Studio Software. This contract will require delivery of the updated software licenses.
(iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) Number 2025-03 effective 17 January 2025.
(iv) This contract is being done as a 100% small business set-aside. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 513210 - Software Publishers with a size standard of $47.0 million. The Awardee must have the applicable NAICS code in its System for Award Management (SAM) assertions. The applicable PSC is 7A21 - IT and Telecom - Business Application Software (perpetual License Software).
