- Description:
- The City and County of San Francisco (City) is seeking qualified suppliers to submit proposals for economic consulting services. The City shall evaluate proposals to create a Prequalified Pool of Proposers to be used on an as-needed basis. Proposers prequalified under this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) are not guaranteed a contract. The Prequalified Pool will consist of the following 5 Service Areas: Service Area 1 Fiscal Analysis; Service Area 2 Real Estate Analysis; Service Area 3 Inclusionary Housing Feasibility Analysis; Service Area 4 Economic Development Strategy; Service Area 5 Economic Research. The anticipated contract term for contracts resulting from this RFQ is up to 2 years with option(s) to extend the contract for up to 3 additional years. Actual contract term will depend on the City's business needs, but shall not exceed 5 years. The Not-To-Exceed (NTE) Amount of a Resulting Contract awarded to the Prequalified Pool is anticipated to range from $5,000 to $300,000 per year. Actual Contract NTE shall be determined at the time of Contract award based on the awarding Department's business needs.
