Description:
The University of North Texas System (UNTS) subsequently referred to as the Owner, requests firms- qualifications for Professional Services to facilitate the Programming and Design Services for the Hurley Administration Building, on the Denton campus. The selected firm will be highly qualified with proven experience in programming and full design of MEP upgrades and renovations for administrative office environments on university campuses. The selected firm will be required to implement a well-coordinated programming and full design process that complies with the vision and goals of the University. The selected firm will have the proven ability to implement a user process and provide adequate, well informed project estimates during all phases of this project. It is currently anticipated that the project will be delivered via construction manager-at-risk.
