Description:
The University of Houston System (“Owner”) is soliciting statements of qualifications (each a “Qualifications”) for the selection of an architectural/engineering firm to provide architectural, engineering, and other professional services for the build-out of approximately 30,000 GSF of lab shell space in the Agrawal Building (the “Project”) at the University of Houston-s main campus. Services shall include, but are not limited to, programming, building design/engineering, AV/IT/Security design, furniture, furnishings and equipment design, graphics and wayfinding design, LEED Certification, construction administration services, and a comprehensive MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) survey, design, and relocation as needed.--University of Houston bid openings will be reviewed and completed solely through the JAGGAER Sourcing Event Portal.
