The University of Houston System (“Owner”) is soliciting statement of qualifications (each a “Qualifications”) for the selection of a construction manager to provide pre-construction and construction phase services for the construction of the (Student Center North Expansion) (the “Project”) on the University of Houston-s main campus. This is the first step of the two-step process, the second step being a Request for Qualifications (“RFQ”).A mandatory pre-submittal meeting will take place on Thursday, June 5, 2025 @ 3:00 PM CT via Zoom. Failure to attend the mandatory pre-submittal meeting will result in disqualification.
