Tender are invited for Electronically submitted quotes will be received from qualified, responsible firms for furnishing all labor, material, plant and equipment to accomplish the Work described below in accordance with the terms and conditions contained in this Request for Quote.A Pre-Bid Conference will be held February 11, 2025 at 10:00 AM, on site, at the UAA University Center main lobby by DMV located at 3901 Old Seward Highway, Anchorage, AK 99503.Scope of Work:Provide all labor, materials, and equipment to renovate the University Center suite 103 and 104 including demolition of walls, patch and paint the suite one color, new carpet and cove base, and removal of all rolling shelving units. Contractor is responsible for design, permits, HVAC, air balancing, and sprinkler work. Cost of materials and labor of carpet and paint breakdown required.
