Description:
The City of Ashland Missouri is requesting quotes for professional cleaning services. These services will be for the City of Ashland municipal building located at 101 W Broadway Ashland Missouri 65010.The municipal building houses the City of Ashland administration departments and police department it is approximately 8,350 sq. ft. with office space, conference rooms, board chambers, breakrooms, restrooms, windows, public hallway and atrium. The flooring is a mixture of carpet, vinyl plank and tile. This facility will need cleaned one time per month.Hard surface flooring chemicals, paper products, trash bags and hand soap are provided.The selected contractor will be required to have a current City of Ashland business license, general liability insurance and workers compensation insurance, amounts of no less than 1,000,000/2,000,000 general liability and 1,000,000 workers compensation.
