This RFS is seeking vendors for an Other Transaction Authority (OTA) agreement, for the Rare Earth Element (REE) Initiatives Prototype Projects. The Government will evaluate the solution with the intent to competitively award one or multiple Other Transaction (OT) agreement(s) for prototype project(s), in accordance with 10 U.S. Code§ 4022.
This RFS describes two (2) REE Initiatives Prototype Projects intended to promote the adoption of REE recovery and separation technologies, the utilization of advanced processing capabilities by industry partners with the ability to meet the eligibility requirements of 10 U.S.C. § 4022(d)(l). The Government plans to award one or more OT agreements for each of the following:
