Network 23 Contracting Office anticipates awarding a sole source procurementto Alliant Enterprises, LLC; NAICS Code 339113, Surgical Appliance and Supplies Manufacturing, with a size standard of 800 Employees will be utilized. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 due to specific proprietary components of the requirement. Proprietary components include FDA-approved software and components. No solicitation will be issued.
