This procurement will be solicited as full and open, Invitation for Bid (IFB). +
This Procurement will be conducted under PSC CODE: Y1KF, NAICS Code: 237990. The size standard for this code is $37,000,000.

Estimated Cost Range is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000.
JOB DESCRIPTION: The work includes maintenance dredging of the Richmond Inner Harbor to -37-ft (MLLW) plus 1 foot of paid overdepth and transporting of the dredged material per the requirements in specification. Material to be dredged from Reaches 1 through 10 is suitable and shall be taken for placement at a Contractor-furnished upland beneficial reuse site. Material to be dredged from Reaches 11 through 14 is suitable and shall be taken for placement at the Government-furnished site SF-DODS or at a Contractor?s furnished upland beneficial reuse site. Contractor shall refer to the DMMO Suitability Determination attached at the end of the specifications package. Sample areas 1 through 4 correspond to Reaches 1 through 10 while sample areas 5 and 6 corresponds to Reaches 11 through 14. All dredging material transportation and material placement shall be in accordance with the project plans, specifications, permits, regulatory guidance and applicable contract clauses. ALL BIDS will be due on September 05, 2025 at 12:00 PM PDT. The specific date and time is identified in the solicitation.
