Description
Army Contracting Command - Rock Island (ACC-RI) hereby issues Combined Synopsis/Solicitation W519TC-25-Q-RIG1 for a commercial service prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This solicitation is issued In Accordance With (IAW) Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 -Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services and FAR Part 13 - Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This requirement is issued as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside under NAICS 238290 - Other Building Equipment Contractors. The U.S. Government intends for work to begin 10 days after Date of Award. The offerer shall be responsive, responsible, and adhere to all the terms and conditions of the solicitation. The Offerer shall submit pricing at the Contract Line Item Number (CLIN) level. Period of Performance follows Attachment 01- Performance Work Statement (PWS), dated 26 November 2024. The Contractor shall perform work in accordance with Attachment 01- PWS, dated 26 November 2024.
