Presolicitation Notice - Ringlock ScaffoldingThe Bureau of Reclamation (BOR) requires the purchase of Ringlock Scaffolding for Grand Coulee, Washington.This acquisition is 100% SET-ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESSES under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code of 332323 - Ornamental and Architectural Metal Work Manufacturing with a Small Business Size Standard of 500 employees. The product service code is 5440 - Scaffolding Equipment and Concrete Forms.IAW FAR 52.225-1 Buy American Supplies Clause is applicable to this requirementThe Government requires twenty-nine different types of parts for ringlock scaffolding. Some of the parts include, Swivel Jacks, different size Rosettes, Horizontal Ledgers, Steel Planks, Bay Braces, different size Tubes, Ladders, and Shipping Containers.Reclamation intends to award one firm-fixed-price contract. The anticipated date to issue the Request for Quote, 140R1725Q0009, (written) is approximately the second week in February 2025. The anticipated closing date is the fourth week in February 2025. The anticipated award date is the second week in March 2025, but all dates in this notice are subject to change. Prospective vendors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to the closing of the solicitation. Any amendments applicable to the solicitation will be posted at the same site. This product will be purchased in accordance with FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13, simplified acquisition procedures apply.
