Description:
Separate sealed BIDS for the construction of the Town of Ripton, Emergency Watershed Project 2024, including construction of stone stabilized slopes and associated appurtenant construction. Will be received by: Town of Ripton, Vermont (Owner) at the office of: Town Clerk-s Office, PO Box 10 Ripton VT 05766 (Address of the Project owner) until 3:00 P.M. Local Time on April 9, 2025. and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud. A Pre-Bid Meeting is scheduled at the Town Clerks Office, 1311 Route 125, Ripton VT 05766 at 11:00 A.M., local time, on March 19, 2025. In the event of unsuitable weather, the meeting will be held at the Strafford Town Office. All prospective bidders are requested to attend this meeting. Each BID must be accompanied by a CERTIFIED CHECK made payable to the OWNER for FIVE PERCENT (5%) of the total amount of the BID. A BID BOND may be used in lieu of a certified check.
