- Lancaster County is seeking competitive bids for the purpose of roadway improvements to Rise Lane located in Lancaster, SC 29720. The Project is a maintenance project to widen Rise Lane from 12 feet to 18 feet for the County maintained portion of the road; and widen to 20 foot for for the SCDOT maintained portion. The first 400 feet is SCDOT maintained. The total length is approximately 1900 feet or 0.36 miles. The work includes grading, paving, installation of storm drainage system, relocation of a water line and all other work associated with the construction of this project.
