Roudebush VA Medical Center (RLRVAMC), located 1481 W. 10th St, Indianapolis, IN 46202 is soliciting and intends to award a firm-fixed price contract for Legionella Testing. The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, supplies, and supervision to complete Legionella Testing at Building 1 of RLRVAMC at 1481 W. 10th Street, Indianapolis, IN 46202 and the Veteran s House at 2669 Cold Spring Rd, Indianapolis, IN 46222.This procurement has been set-aside 100% for award to SDVOSB concerns. Offers from other than SDVOSB concerns will not be considered and shall be rejected. Anticipated award date is March 31, 2025, for a base period of one (1) year plus four (4) one (1) year option periods to be exercised at the discretion of the Government. No telephone requests will be accepted. Solicitation packages will be available on or about February 20, 2025. Electronic solicitations may be obtained at no cost from the following URL: www.SAM.gov. All questions will be answered via Solicitation amendment.
