Description:
The Department Of Administrative Services Is Issuing This Request For Proposal (rfp) To Establish A Contract With A Qualified Supplier(s) To Provide A Risk Management Information System ("rmis") As A Part Of The Rms (risk Management Services) Technology And Process Modernization Project (tpmp). Suppliers Are Encouraged To Read All Documents Attached To This Solicitation Before Preparing Their Response. Attachment A, Of This Event, Contains All Instructions, Rules And Regulations Necessary For Suppliers To Respond To This Solicitation. Suppliers Are Encouraged To Pay Special Attention To The Required Documents They Submit As Their Response To This Event. Missing Or Incomplete Required Document May Disqualify A Supplier From Consideration For A Contract Award. Suppliers Should Be Aware That This Entire Solicitation And The Supplier's Response Are Subject This Georgia's Open Records Act, O.c.g.a. § 50-18-71(a). Both The Solicitation Documents And The Supplier's Response, If Selected For An Award, Become A Part Of The Final Agreement.
