The Contractor shall provide a cleaning service for the Data Center at the West Region Network Enterprise Center, 6151 Specker Ave. Bldg. 1550 Fort Carson, CO 80913-4165. The facility consists of 8,515 square feet of raised floor space, encompassing five offices and one centralized switch room, all interconnected within the same raised floor area. The rooms and sq/ft are as follows: RM 1050 (5360 sq/ft), RM 1051/1051A (575 sq/ft), RM 1052 (630 sq/ft), RM 1053 (580 sq/ft), RM 1054 (650 sq/ft), and RM 1055 (720 sq/ft). Cleaning services shall be scheduled and performed annually in July. The duration of the cleaning process may extend from several days to one week. The contractor (KTR) is required to coordinate with the contracting officer's representative (COR) to arrange the specific service date and time at least two weeks in advance.
