- The Town of Mammoth Lakes will receive sealed Bid Proposals for the work shown on the plans entitled: 2025 Local Road & MUP Rehabilitation Project until 3:30 PM on May 9, 2025.This project includes a variety of asphalt and concrete rehabilitation on roads and multi-use paths throughout Mammoth Lakes, including but not limited to pulverizing existing AC pavement, recompacting base, and place new hot mix asphalt. Work on concrete swales for removal and replacement will occur at intersections. The intent is to correct steep approach and departure angles at intersections that result in damage to roads and equipment. The work includes full compliance with all applicable laws, rules and regulations. The work shall be completed within the time set forth in the Contract.Attendance at the Pre-Bid Meeting is highly recommended to discuss the work at hand and to do a site visit for difficult intersection corrections to understand all that will be needed on site and clearly more visible in person than only on plans.The Engineer-s Estimate for the project is $2,800,000.Forms, plans and Contract Documents for this work are available electronically on the Online Bid Portal at https://www.townofmammothlakes.ca.gov/1016/Bids.Questions or Requests for Information (RFIs) shall be submitted ONLY via the project posting on the Town-s Online Bid Portal at https://www.townofmammothlakes.ca.gov/1016/Bids.
