• NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT
  Army Contracting Command - Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG), Tobyhanna Division, Tobyhanna, PA 18466 intends to award a sole source contract to Molrix LLC, 106 Red Branch Drive, Madison, Alabama 35758-6657.
  This requirement is to lease one (1) Prototype/Low-Rate Initial Production (LRIP) Robotic Wire Harness Manufacturing Machine and lease one (1) Full Rate Production Robotic Wire Harness Manufacturing Machine, including machine documentation, software to operate, and engineering services for both pieces of equipment.
  The Government intends to acquire this service under the guidelines of FAR Part 12, Commercial Items and Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
  Only one responsible source, Molrix LLC, has been identified that can meet the Government-s specific needs for this requirement.
