** UPDATES *** November 14, 2025: Version 2 of Sourcing Event ID 0000011163 is for the following: 1. Solicitation Addendum 1 dated 11-14-2025, has been issued and uploaded to this Sourcing Event. 2. Invitation for Bids Version 2 dated 11-14-2025, has been issued and uploaded to this Sourcing Event to extend the Bid Due Date to 12-3-2025. The Bidder shall be responsible for ensuring that its Bid reflects any and all Solicitation Addenda issued by the City prior to the Bid due date regardless of when the Bid is submitted. *** END OF UPDATES *** This Invitation for Bids (hereinafter “IFB” or “Solicitation”) is being issued by the City and County of San Francisco Office of Contract Administration (hereinafter, “OCA” or “City”). OCA, on behalf of the San Francisco Police Department (“POL”), is seeking qualified suppliers (“Bidders”) to provide Bids for the installation of one (1) new rolling steel door, minimum of one (1) year warranty, and the removal and disposal of all old door components, in accordance with the Specifications and Scope of Work set forth in Appendix A to City-s Purchase Order Terms (Attachment 1).
