The Naval Supply (NAVSUP) Systems Command, Fleet Logistics Center Jacksonville (FLCJ), FL intends to issue a sole source contract utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures for the procurement of a Roman Catholic Priest for Naval Construction Battalion Center Gulfport, Mississippi to The Most Holy Trinity Catholic Church.
This is not a request for competitive quotes, however all interested parties who believe they can meet the requirements should contact Maria Brophy at the email below. This notice does not constitute a request for proposal, request for quote, or an invitation to bid.
Period of Performance: Base Period: 1 October 2025 through 30 September 2026 Option Period 1: 1 October 2026 through 30 September 2027 Option Period 2: 1 October 2027 through 30 September 2028
Interested parties may identify their interest and submit product information in response to this notice by 19 May 2025 at 5:00 p.m. EST, via email to maria.n.brophy.civ@us.navy.mil.
A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract is entirely at the discretion of the Government.
Information received as a result of this notice will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement and will be at the sole discretion of the Contracting Officer. If no written responses are received by the response time, the contract will be solicited without further notice.
It is anticipated that any resulting solicitation will be for a sole-source, Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract with a Product Service Code (PSC) G002 and a NAICS of 813110 with a size standard of $13M.
