Description:
PURPOSE. The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to establish a contract(s) to provide roofing related construction services for the maintenance, leak repair, or replacement of cedar, built-up, ethylene propylene diene terpolymer (EPDM), thermoplastic polyolefin (TPO), and sheet-metal roofs on buildings throughout the State for agencies and CPV members. The work must consist of furnishing all labor, tools, materials, and equipment necessary for the scope of work. The contract is intended for low slope roofs and steep slope roofs. Asphalt shingle system repair or replacement is available under a separate contract. QUESTIONS/CLARIFICATIONS. Any questions and/or clarifications regarding to the solicitation response shall be made in writing to Craig Fernholz, Buyer, via email at craig.fernholz@state.mn.us by April 11, 2025, no later than 2:00 PM CT. If a Responder discovers any significant ambiguity, error, conflict, discrepancy, omission, or other deficiency in the RFP, they must immediately notify the Buyer in writing of such error and request modification or clarification of the document. Responders are not to contact anyone within any other State Agency regarding this solicitation. The State is not obligated to answer questions submitted after the questions/clarifications due date and time.
