- Leon County Government “County” is accepting proposals from vendors who hold an active Florida Certified Solar Contractor license or a Certified Electrical Contractor license for the design, engineering, and installation of roof mounted photovoltaic (PV) solar arrays on one or more County buildings on a continuing service basis. The County reserves the right to award to one or more vendors as determined to be in the best interest of the County. The original term for the awarded Agreement(s) will be for one (1) year with four (4) 1-year renewal options for services as needed.
