GENERAL:
The CA Air National Guard intends to issue a Request for Quotes (RFQ) to award a single firm fixed-price contract for services, non-personal, to provide all plant, labor, transportation, materials, tools, equipment, appliances and supervision necessary for a 2,600 sqft roof replacement (replacing BUR with PVC) at the 144th Fighter Wing. Additional details are in the attached Statement and Work and Standard Form (SF) 1442.
The contract duration will be 90 calendar days after notice to proceed to include inspection and punch list. This project is set aside 100% for Small Businesses. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 238160, with a small business size standard of $19,000,000.
The magnitude of construction is between $100,000 and $250,000.
SITE VISIT:
An organized site visit has been scheduled for Tuesday, June 17th @ 9:00AM PDT. In accordance with FAR 52.236-23 Site Investigation and Conditions Affecting the Work, it is highly recommended that all interested parties attend. Additional details are in Section 00 22 13 of the SF 1442.
BASE ACCESS: Base security requires all personnel entering the installation be cleared for access. Each individual will be required to complete a DBIDS Pre-Enrollment at https://dbids-global-enroll.dmdc.mil/preenrollui/#/landing-page prior to the date of the visit. Upon completion of the DBIDS pre-enrollment, the user will be provided a six-digit alphanumeric code, which must be forwarded to 144.FW.FAL.MSC.Contracting@us.af.mil along with the following information:
