- The Housing Opportunities Commission of Montgomery County, Maryland (hereafter referred to as HOC) is soliciting bids from qualified Home Improvement Contractors licensed in the State of Maryland for the removal and replacement of existing roof shingles, rotted roof sheathing, roofing felt, vent collars and/or attic louvers, drip edges, flashing, fascia and gable end vents, rake boards and ridge vents, downspouts, gutters, gutter-guards, splash guards and splash blocks at Magruder-s Discovery Apartments. Rotted fascia boards will be removed and replaced. Rotted wood that is identified to be replaced is not included in the bid price and is a separate unit-priced item.
