Modification 01 - Site Visit date/time

Modification 02 - Second site visit to account for mold abatement
ALCON - the site visit will take place at 0900 on on 02/05/25
Modification 03 - Revise the specs and drawings
Modification 04 - Inclusde a revised edition of the drawings
Modification 05 - Provide an updated version of the specs and drawings
Modification 06 - Provide the Q&A Document; RFP due date is extended to 03/10/25
Modification 07 - Provide the Q&A responses and the Cost Proposal Breakdown
Modification 08 - Extend the RFP due date to 03/24/25 at 1400 CST
All work shall be performed IAW the specifications and drawings and shall be completed in strict accordance with the manufacturer-s guidelines. Performance includes, but is not limited to, the following:
Civil/Architectural:
Replace PVC roof membrane system on Cab Roof
Replace PVC roof membrane system on Tower Catwalk
Replace the vinyl Sidings of the ATCT including above and below the Cab windows
Construct stud structural framing and Exterior Insulation Finishing System (EIFS) on the ATCT
Construct perimeter foundation beam for EIFS
Replace the front exterior door (Storefront)
Reconstruct concrete side walk at storefront
Replace defogger system
Move all existing HVAC, electrical, utilities, and conduits away from the new building EIFS
Abate lead paint at building entrance and windows
Mechanical
Replace HVAC packaged unit on the 4th floor.
Install a mini split air conditioning unit in the Telecom room on the 4th floor.
Install common fresh air intake duct for the CAB HVAC units on the 4th floor. - Documents:
