Description:
Dane County is seeking bids from qualified contractors for the Project Title, located at Project Address. This project involves the replacement of a HVAC rooftop unit and is being delivered under a lump sum contract.The goal of this project is to remove and replace the existing Roof Top Unit #3 with a direct replacement unit that seamlessly communicates with the existing BAS system. Work is expected to be performed in coordination with activity indoor facility use, and must comply with all applicable county specifications, ordinances, local permitting requirements, or prevailing wage laws.Interested vendors should have demonstrated experience in commercial HVAC installation and controls integration for occupied public facilities and the ability to manage projects of similar size and complexity.
