- The waterproofing of the roof of the Santa Catalina Palace, belonging to the properties managed by the Governor's Office, consists of the installation of a new waterproofing system that includes "flashing", anchoring systems and other related activities.The Auction Sheets will be available for digital sale starting Thursday, December 11, 2025, at 8:00 a.m. Atlantic Standard Time until Thursday, December 18, 2025, at 4:00 p.m. Atlantic Standard Time. The document will have a NON-REFUNDABLE cost of one hundred ($100.00) dollars payable to the Infrastructure Financing Authority (AFI). Payment will be made through the PAYPAL application (1.
