Description:
PURPOSE. The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to establish a contract(s) to provide asphalt shingle roof related construction services for individual roof projects on buildings throughout the State for agencies and CPV members. The work must consist of furnishing all labor, tools, materials, and equipment necessary for the maintenance, repair, and replacement of asphalt shingle roof systems. The scope of the contract is limited to stand alone construction projects, including residential buildings, on which the roof system is installed directly over a wood deck and ventilated attic space. This contract may not be used for other roofing systems. QUESTIONS/CLARIFICATIONS. Any questions and/or clarifications in regard to the solicitation response shall be made in writing to Craig Fernholz, Buyer, via email at craig.fernholz@state.mn.us by April 18, 2025, no later than 2:00 PM CT. If a Responder discovers any significant ambiguity, error, conflict, discrepancy, omission, or other deficiency in the RFP, they must immediately notify the Buyer in writing of such error and request modification or clarification of the document. Responders are not to contact anyone within any other State Agency regarding this solicitation. The State is not obligated to answer questions submitted after the questions/clarifications due date and time.
