PROJECT/REQUIREMENT DESCRIPTION:
This procurement is to provide for solicitation of an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Construction Contract (MACC). The MACC awardees will provide the construction, supervision, equipment, material, labor, and all means necessary for roofing installation, renovation, repair, and alteration at various industrial, commercial, and residential buildings in both restricted and non-restricted areas of Government installations located in Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana, Alaska, Iowa, Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska, and Wyoming. It is anticipated that most of the work will occur in Washington State, however, projects could be located anywhere in the United States.
The procurement consists of one solicitation with the intent to award approximately three (3) to six (6) Indefinite-Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) construction contracts to the responsible Offerors whose proposals, conforming to the Request for Proposal (RFP), will be most advantageous to the Government resulting in the best value, price and technical factors considered.
The Government is seeking Contractors with prior experience in construction services specifically, in roof installation, construction, repair and alteration. The Government-s expectation of a successful IDIQ contractor is they meet the diverse needs with varying customer requirements where the contractor will be working numerous construction projects simultaneously with quick turn-around on delivery timeframes.
