AMENDMENT 0001: The purpose of this amendment is to extend the soliciation due date from 12pm/2 July 2025 TO 12pm/25 July 2025. There is also another site visit being offered on 9 July 2025 at 1pm AKDT. Please review the original COMBO (solicitation) for all instructions concerning a site visit. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with (IAW) the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 and FAR SubPart 13.5, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
The Request for Quote (RFQ) number FA500025Q0027 Rooftop Snow Removal BPA shall be used to reference any written quotes provided under this RFQ.
The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-03, effective 17 January 2025; Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement effective 17 January 2025, and Department of the Air Force Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement 2024-1016, effective 16 October 2024.
This is a 100% Small Business set-aside under the North America Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code 561730 - Landscaping Services with a small business size standard of $9.5M and PSC S218, Housekeeping - Snow Removal/Salt.
This requirement is for the establishment of a multiple-award, Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to provide rooftop snow removal services to JBER (Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson), AK in response to call orders.
