In accordance with FAR 7.107-5, the VA intends to consolidate acquisition support services for Regional Procurement Office West (RPOW). The consolidation of acquisition support services requirements identified is in the best interest of the Government. This consolidation meets the requirements of FAR 7.107 and the benefits of the consolidated acquisition would exceed the benefits that would be derived from an alternative approach. Therefore, the VA found that consolidation is necessary and justified and this notice shall be available seven days prior to the release of the Request for Quote (RFQ) for this requirement.
