Description
The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, transportation, and other itemsand services necessary to complete the work as described in the Statement of Work in the RFQ Solicitation. Work location is at the Montana Air National Guard, GTF International Airport, Great Falls, MT.
The Contractor proposal shall be submitted with quantities, unit prices, mobilization and costs included. TheContractor shall dispose of all excess packaging, materials, and other items at their cost. The contractor shall provideall supplies, parts, equipment, tools, labor, personnel, transportation, supervision, permits, insurance, andmanagement necessary to repair the main sewer line on site and provide a warranty of one (1) yearsmaterials and one (1) year labor. The project will be completed in accordance with the project contract documents,drawings, specifications, Federal and State law, and the terms and conditions of the contract.
