- The South Dakota National Guard has a requirement for wrestling mats. The mats shall cover an overall area of 42' Long x 42' Wide x 2" Tall. - Wrestling mat shall come in seven sections each measuring 6' Wide x 42' Long x 2" Tall. - Wrestling mat shall have a smooth surface that is made of non-hardening, non-shrinking, non-cracking, and non-tearing material. - Wrestling mats shall be vinyl pretreated antibacterial. - Wrestling mats shall be 2" thick made of polyethylene foam core - Wrestling mat sections shall have Velcro for attaching mat sections together. - Wrestling Mat shall be tapeless - Wrestling mat shall be black. - Wrestling mat shall have 10' and 32' circles with start marks. - Wrestling mat shall have 10` black circle with start marks outlined in color. - Wrestling mat shall have 32` tan circle with a outline . - Wrestling mat shall have 2 South Dakota Army National Guard Shield Logo with 3 color imprint: black, white and gold. - Wrestling mat shall have 2 coyote Patch Logos opposite corners of the National Guard Shield Logo with 4 color imprint: gold, blue, white, red - Wrestling mat shall have 4 upper case "NATIONALGUARD.COM/SD" white in color placed centered 2' in from the bottom edge of the mat, 14' Wide x 1' High. This will be a total small business set aside resulting in
a Firm Fixed Price Award.
