Description : The Department of General Services is issuing this Invitation for Bids (IFB) to procure Security Guard Services throughout the interior and exterior of the Reading State OfficeBuilding (RSOB), located at 625 Cherry Street, Reading, PA 19602. It will be imperative that the Awarded Supplier offer a representative that has the capacity to physically arrive at RSOB within a response time of two (2) hours for any event deemed critical.Currently, this agreement calls for the Awarded Supplier to furnish four (4) full-time, dedicated Security Guards, two (2) of which should be bi-lingual, Spanish speaking as well as one (1) full-time Site Supervisor Guard. This solicitation is being issued electronically via the Commonwealth's Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) system. Suppliers must be registered in order to bid.
