Description of Requirements:
(a) The NVARNG requires internet service for one (1) base-year, with four (4) option-years. The place of delivery is 6600 N. Range road, Las Vegas, NV 89165. The anticipated period of performance for the Base-Year is 04/15/2025 through 04/14/2026. Each option year will be from 15 April through 14 April of the next year.(b) There is no current contract for this requirement.(c) The NVARNG requires the following Internet Setup:(1) 1 x 100MB Dedicated Internet Circuit - Minimum.(2) 1 x Fiber port Handoff.(3) 1 x Next Generation Firewall Managed - The NVARNG will manage the firewall to provide content filtering, Malware and virus detection. We do not want to own the firewall and will rent the equipment from the service provider.(d) Dates with Line Item Numbers (LINs):(1) LIN 0001 Base Year (15 April 2025 thru 14 April 2026);(2) LIN 1001 Option Year 1 (15 April 2026 thru 14 April 2027);(3) LIN 2001 Option Year 2 (15 April 2027 thru 14 April 2028);(4) LIN 3001 Option Year 3 (15 April 2028 thru 14 April 2029); and(5) LIN 4001 Option Year 4 (15 April 2029 thru 14 April 2030).
52.212-2 Evaluation - Commercial Products and Commercial Services (NOV 2021)(a) The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered.
