- The Town of Royalton is seeking proposals for engineering and site study work for Hope Field, a municipally owned site in South Royalton, Vermont. The intention of this project is to understand what kind of residential/mixed use development the parcel can support, in an effort to increase housing units in Royalton and provide a new site for the South Royalton Fire Department. The results of this study will inform the Town-s decisions about how to proceed with this site, e.g. whether to seek bids from housing developers and what the parameters and expectations for that process should be.
