The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Network Contracting Office (NCO 21) is soliciting information for contractors that janitorial services in accordance with the Statement of Work for the Hilo Vet Center at 70 Lanihuli Street, Suite 102, Hilo, HI 96720.
