Notice of Intent to Consolidate D&F for Naval Surface Warfare Center, Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD) Cyber Vulnerability Assessment Tool (CVAST), Situational Awareness, Boundary Enforcement & Response (SABER), and Development Security Operations (DevSecOps) Engineering Services. In accordance with FAR 7.107-5(c), this posting provides notification of NSWCPD's intent to consolidate the following contract requirements for NSWCPD-s engineering and technical services, N64498-25-R-3017, acquisition:
SABER Engineering Services Support, N6449820F3005 CVAST Engineering Services Support, N6449820F3006 DevSecOps Services Support, N6449821F3003The CVAST/SABER/DevSecOps Support requirement is considered a proposed consolidated contract action with justifiable benefits. As such, consolidation is necessary and justified because of the following quantitative benefits and qualitative mission improvements benefits summarized below:
