The Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) intends to award a sole source purchase order in accordance with FAR subpart 13.5, Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items, to McKinsey and Company Inc. McKinsey and Company Inc, developed the original Python script and risk modeling for SAFEGUARD and possesses an unparalleled understanding of the tool's architecture and DCSA's operational environment.
Specifications include the following:
• Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 technical support for the SFG, including troubleshooting, issue resolution, and user assistance• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for the SFG• Conduct regular system checks and performance monitoring to ensure optimal functionality and proactively identify potential issues• Collaborate with DCSA's stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document current/future requirements for SFG• Collaborate with other contractors, and government entities working on SFG.• Integrate CDAO sponsored data layer up to the SIPR level• Automate data processing and integration into the SFG model• Ensure all new developments adhere to government security standards and regulations for handling sensitive data• Virtualize SFG and leverage cloud capability through containerization or virtualization• Operate and maintain SFG in a container or virtual environment for testing software, applications, and code (i.e. virtual sandbox)• Execute improvements in the SFG model• Incorporate threat environment data up to the SIPR level• Improve map textures, functions, and capability beyond current limitations• BPT test and validate the compatibility of SFG with both Power Bl and Tableau server environments• Conduct user testing and incorporate stakeholder feedback within scope of work• Collaborate effectively with other government contractors and stakeholders involved in the Nl2 program and related initiatives• Participate in regular meetings and technical exchanges to ensure alignment ... - Documents:
