Description
Please note that this solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date. The Embassy of the United States in Seoul, Korea requires Safety Handrail Installation at CMR compound of U.S. Embassy Seoul, Korea. The service requires installation of one side safety handrails on the stone steps at the four designated places of CMR compound to prevent residential fall hazards.The performance period will be 30 calendar days from the start date in the Notice to Proceed. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered by the Contracting Officer. The Government plans to issue the solicitation in April 2025. The solicitation will be posted in SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov-no paper copies will be made available. Please see the RFQ for the actual response date and for specific quotation requirements.
An Offeror is required to be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov when submitting an offer or quotation more than $30,000 and shall continue to be registered until time of award, during performance, and through final payment of any contract, purchase order and blanket purchase agreement resulting from this solicitation. (see FAR provision 52.204-7).
