- The Texas Military Department is seeking bids for the replacement and repair of the Saginaw Bldg.22 Roof. This building is located at 748 East McLeroy Blvd, Saginaw, TX 76179. The facility is a 60+year old metal hangar that is currently leaking and causing damage to both the facility and tenants'materials and equipment. The Contractor shall supply all labor, tools, equipment, and materialsnecessary to perform the work under the contract (TMD will supply Henry Roof Coating).Please refer to the Scope of Work (SOW) (Attachment G.8) for full details. A mandatory site visit will be held at748 East McLeroy Blvd, Saginaw, TX 76179 Building 22 at 10:00 A.M. AND 2:00 P.M. on 07/16/2025. Failure toattend one of the two (2) site visits will result in disqualification of the response.***Addendum 1 - 7/24/2025
