NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office 2 (NCO 2) intends to award a sole source open market purchase order to BelAir Instrument Company, LLC., dba Avantik, 19 Chapin Rd, Pine Brook, NJ 07058 for service maintenance of four (4) pieces of Sakura Lab Equipment (See below) at the Buffalo VA Medical Center, located at 3495 Bailey Avenue, Buffalo, NY 14215, from 07/01/2025 to 06/30/2026, with three (3) option years. This requirement shall include annual preventative maintenance, loaner equipment, interim service visits and emergency calls (48 hour or less response time), and rental equipment at a discounted rate.
