The use of said land will be limited to end user with the employment of a minimum number of 10 new employees and have a capital investment of over $1 million.Please submit electronic responses via the County e-Procurement Portal: https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/santarosafl. Submittals may be received up to but not later than Response Submission Time Response Submission Date, at which time will be publicly opened via Teams. Without exception, responses will not be accepted after the submission deadline regardless of any technical difficulties such as poor internet connections.Bidders shall submit all inquiries regarding this bid via the County e-Procurement Portal, located at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/santarosafl.
