Description:
Notice is hereby given that the Tulsa City-County Library will receive sealed bids for Sale of Real Property.Written, sealed bids for the property shall be delivered to the office of the Chief Financial Officer. Bidders should provide a minimum of 10 bid proposal copies. The bid period shall last for at least 15 calendar days following the first publication of the notice of sale. Without exception, responses will not be accepted after the submission deadlines regardless of any technical difficulties.Bids may be mailed to:Tulsa City-County Libraryc/o Finance Department400 Civic CenterTulsa, OK 74103Bids may also be hand delivered to the above address care of the Finance Department.Bids will be opened and reviewed by the appropriate Commission committee and presented to the Library Commission for acceptance. Bidders will be notified of rejection or recommendation for acceptance by November 14, 2025.The winner of the bid must provide a cashiers check, irrevocable bond, or letter of credit in an amount equal to 10 percent of the amount of the purchase price to act as earnest money and partial payment of the purchase price by end of day November 19, 2025, to the Tulsa City-County Library Finance Department. Buyer shall not take possession of the property until the completion of construction of the new Rudisill Regional Library on Greenwood, expected to be completed in the fall of 2026, and the previous owner has fully vacated the property. Payment is due in full before buyer takes possession.The Tulsa City-County Library encourages all segments of the business community to participate in its procurement opportunities, including small businesses, minority & women owned businesses, and disadvantaged business enterprises.
