The Louisville District, Corps of Engineers, is solictating sealed bids for the purchase and removal of 12 one story wood buildings located at Fort Campbell, KY.
Site Visits to the buildings can be coordinated through the DPW/Master Plans. The Point of Contact for site visits is Samuel Shore, phone: 270-412-9859 or email at Samuel.f.shore.civ@army.mil. The hours for site visit will be from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PMMonday-Friday except holidays. See Exhibit B for more information on all twelve (12)buildings up for auction.
Potential bidders are requested to review the attached Invitation for Bids, Landfill Exceptance Policy (Exhibit A), and the Deconstruction Building List (Exhibit B) for further information and guidance.

All contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (www.beta.SAM.gov) prior to award of a contract.
