Presolicitation Notice Update - This presolicitaiton notice has been updated as of 1/08/2025. Changes include: update to magnitude of construction, NAICS code and PSC change, and change to the anticipated date of solicitation release.

The Department of Veterans Affairs, National Cemetery Administration intends to issue a solicitation entitled, “Salisbury National Cemetery Public Restroom Renovation and Columbarium Cemetery Expansion” at Salisbury National Cemetery, on or about January 31, 2025, unless additional notice is given, or this notice is modified or cancelled. The full solicitation, specifications, and drawings will be posted on Federal Contract Opportunities at sam.gov. Proposals will be due 30 calendar days after the solicitation is published. The acquisition type for this solicitation will be Request for Proposal (RFP).
This requirement will be an SDVOSB set-aside in accordance with Public Law 109-461.
The construction magnitude for this requirement is between $20,000,000 and $30,000,000.
