Description:
Invitation to Bid: The Town of Salisbury, Salisbury, VT herein called the Owner, invites separate bids for the renovation of their historic Town Hall, which is the Town library, 918 Maple St., Salisbury, VT 05769. The project will be subject to prevailing wages. Bids will be received by the Owner until 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, July 3, 2025, via email to the Owner's Representative Deb Brighton, listed below, with copies to the Owner's Rep, the architect and project consultant, whose contact information is in the Request for Bids. The contract documents will be available by noon (12:00pm) on Tuesday June 10th, 2025. Interested bidders should contact cat@vermontintegratedarchitecture.com (802-989-7249) for a PDF drawing and specification set. Please include "Salisbury Town Hall Renovation Bid Package" in the subject line. Prospective bidders obtaining documentation through any channel other than directly from the Architect must also notify the Architect by email of their interest in the project, in order to receive addendum and other bid correspondence. All correspondence during the bidding process must be directed to the Architect.
