This solicitation is a total small business set-aside for NAICSCode: 236210-Industrial Building Construction.Small Business Size Standard: $39.5MThe estimated Project Magnitude is between $50,000.00 and $100,000.00.Performance and Payment Bonds are not required for this requirement.All pre-construction materials will be reviewed/approved prior to issuance of theNotice to Proceed (NTP). A site visit is scheduled for March 11, 2025, at 9:00am MT.If you wish to attend, submit your name, company, and contact information for all attendees toDevin Scheel at devin.scheel@faa.gov no later than March 10, 2025, at 12:00pm MT.All questions regarding the SIR should be submitted in writing to Raymond Lena @ Raymond.a.lena@faa.gov no later than March18, 2025, at 12:00pm MT.
